’We’re offering $50,000 to 10 lucky people. Five of those people will be picked from the people we hire from this hiring event, and five will be picked from the existing team members we have right now,” said Juana Ayers, Vice President of Human Resources for Seminole Hard Rock Tampa. “The $5,000 each of them would receive is to help them tuition reimbursement or student loan repayments. So it’s all about education, which is one of our biggest priorities here, developing our team members.”
The new positions are the result of a $700 million expansion of the hotel, which will be finished in October.

Looking to fill 500 jobs, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will be staging a hiring event.
Positions available are in the areas of beverage, cash operations, culinary, guest services, housekeeping, custodial, restaurant outlets, maintenance, security and stewarding.
Candidates are asked to bring a copy of their resume, a valid ID, social security card and, if required, a work authorization. They should also dress to impress.
